Incompatible Account

The Incompatible Account trouble condition indicates that a device attached to the current system is not compatible with the type of account the customer is currently enrolled under. 

How to resolve: 

Update the customer's account type to an account type compatible with the device. This will often appear in the trouble condition's additional information under ?.
