Customer is Not Arming and System Online
The Customer is Not Arming and System Online trouble condition indicates a customer on a Basic or Advanced Interactive service package has not armed their system within the past 2 weeks.
Note: When a panel stops communication, this trouble condition will not display. Once the communication is restored, the trouble condition displays again if the system has not been armed within the past 2 weeks.
How to resolve:
The system may be working, but it is recommended to contact the customer and encourage them to arm the system regularly. If the customer is unable to remotely arm their system, see Remote commands are not arming or disarming the system.
