Cellular Sensor Relay Not Powered

The Cellular Sensor Relay Not Powered trouble condition indicates that the Alarm.com Flex IO® sensor is operating on a relay but is not connected to DC power. This can occur if there is a power outage or if DC power becomes disconnected. 

How to resolve:

  1. Verify there is power in the area. 
  2. Connect the cellular sensor to DC power.
