Cellular Sensor Loop Tamper
The Cellular Sensor Loop Input Tamper trouble condition indicates that a sensor wired to the Alarm.com Flex IO® sensor could have been cut or tampered with.
How to resolve:
- Verify there are no cuts in the wire between the Alarm.com Flex IO® sensor and wired sensor.
- Verify the wired sensor and EOL resistor are connected to loop input terminals on the Alarm.com Flex IO® sensor and terminal screws are tightened.
- Verify there are no issues or damages with the wired sensor.
