What are the customer login name and password requirements?
There are various requirements with customer login name and password changes.
Login name requirements
Login names must contain less than 50 alphanumeric characters and cannot be taken by another Alarm.com user. Login names are not case-sensitive
Password requirements
New passwords must contain a minimum of 10 characters and must include at least one number, letter, and special character.
