Thread network not found during nami setup
The No Thread network found error means that the device could not detect any nearby activity sensors (i.e., Alarm Pods or SensePlugs). Activity sensors form the foundation of the network between devices, using the Thread wireless protocol to communicate with each other, so it’s important that these devices are within range of each other.
How to resolve:
- Confirm that all activity sensors (i.e., Alarm Pods and SensePlugs) are powered and working properly.
- Place the device closer to an activity sensor (within 3-10 meters or 10-32 feet) so that a connection can be established between them.
- Tap Try Again on the error screen.
