Restarting and resetting nami devices

The following instructions outline how to reboot and reset nami devices. Resetting a device will disassociate it from the current customer account and will return the device to factory settings, whereas restarting just power-cycles the device.

Restart nami devices

  • To restart Alarm Pods and SensePlugs:
    • Disconnect from the power supply and reconnect after a few seconds.
  • To restart Contact Sensors and Keypads:
    • Remove the battery and reinsert the battery after a few seconds.
