Arming status changes are not updating on a SEM-Honeywell/ADEMCO Vista

If arming level changes (i.e., arming/disarming) do not report on Alarm.com, but the panel successfully arms and disarms at the keypad, programming options on the SEM-Honeywell/ADEMCO Vista may not be set properly or the SEM's firmware may need to be upgraded.
