Calculator considerations 
- This calculator is only for devices that connect to the Honeywell Vista panel (10P, 15P, 20P, 21iP) for power. Do not include devices that connect their power wires to an external power supply.
- This calculator is specific for Honeywell devices only. If there are other devices connected to the system, be aware of the power that they draw. This assumes that each device is on its own address. For more information, contact Honeywell.
- Two-wire smoke detector current is built into the panel budgets.
- The calculation is based on the maximum current draw from the device, which is noted in parenthesis (...mA) next to each device.
Note: The Motion and 4-Wire Smoke Detectors selection estimates an average of 30 mA per detector. The actual current drawn from these devices vary depending on the model.

For Honeywell/ADEMCO Vista panels, the maximum combined mA of connected devices should not exceed 600 mA. If more power is needed, connect additional devices to an external power supply, if available.
Note: The estimated current draw is based on the total load of connected devices at their maximum draw (e.g., during an alarm).
