Applying power to the panel

  1. Connect the battery. 
  2. Connect the AC power.
  3. Press and hold the power button on the right side of the panel for 3 seconds to power up. 

Power cycling the panel

  1. Flick down to open the menu on the home screen, then tap Settings.
  2. Tap Advanced Settings. 
  3. Enter the installer or master code. 
  4. Tap Panel Reboot.
  5. Tap OK.

This process powers the panel off and restarts the system. 

Powering off the panel (Soft reboot)

This is also known as a Soft Reboot. If the panel is experiencing difficulties performing a soft reboot can often resolve the behavior without hard rebooting it. Anytime the panel is transported or unplugged for any length of time, it should be completely powered down. 

Caution: Disconnecting the power supply and battery before the power down process is complete may result in data corruption and/or panel failure. Carefully, follow the instructions when using this feature.

  1. Verify the panel is disarmed.
  2. Flick down to open the menu on the home screen, then tap Settings.
  3. Tap Advanced Settings. 
  4. Enter the installer or master code. 
  5. Tap Power Down.
  6. Tap OK.
  7. Wait for the LEDs to turn off, and then unplug the battery followed by the AC power supply.
