Compatibility
The IQ Remote PowerG is compatible with the following Qolsys panels:
- IQ Panel 4 / IQ4 Hub on software version 4.3.0+
- IQ Pro on any software version
- IQ4 NS on any software version
Up to three tablets can be paired over Wi-Fi and five tablets over PowerG for a total of eight tablets.
Additional considerations
- It is recommended that the panel be on the latest software version before pairing the IQ Remote to ensure full functionality.
- Garage door control and thermostat control are only available when IQ Remote PowerG tablets are enrolled via Wi-Fi instead of PowerG.
- Doorbell-to-panel notifications are compatible with IQ Remote PowerG tablets on Qolsys panel software version 4.4.0+. There is only the option to Dismiss the notification.
- The IQ remote does not appear as a peripheral device in the equipment list.
- To stream live video to the IQ Remote, it must be paired to the main panel through Wi-Fi, not PowerG. For more information about streaming video to the IQ Remote, see Stream live video from Alarm.com cameras to the IQ Remote.

Installation guide
