How do power failures report on Qolsys IQ panels?

By default, IQ panels power must be out for at least 1 minute before a panel power failure is reported to Alarm.com. 

If AC power is plugged in but the panel does not charge or the AC Power Failure trouble condition is not clearing, reboot the panel by unplugging and replugging the AC power or performing a hard reset. For more information about sending a hard reset, see Send a Hard Reset command to a module.
