Interact with a Z-Wave device from an Interlogix Simon XTi
The Interlogix Simon XTi panel allows users to interact with Z-Wave lights, locks, and thermostats locally at the panel. For information about adding Z-Wave devices, see Manage Z-Wave devices on an Interlogix Simon XTi.
Note: Additional Z-Wave devices may be able to be added and controlled locally. For more information, refer to the device manufacturer.
To interact with Z-Wave lights using an Interlogix Simon XTi:
- Tap
. - In Lights, tap Control.
- To control all lights simultaneously, tap All On or All Off.
- To control individual lights, tap On or Off next to a light device.
To interact with Z-Wave locks using an Interlogix Simon XTi:
- Tap .
- In Door Lock, tap Control.
- To control all locks simultaneously, tap Lock All or Unlock All.
- To control individual locks, tap On or Off next to a lock device.
To interact with Z-Wave thermostats using an Interlogix Simon XTi:
- Tap Inside.
- Tap the arrows to set the temperature setpoint (in degrees).
- Tap A/C, Heat, or Off to set the system mode.
- Tap On or Auto to set the fan status.
- Tap OK.
