View Image Sensor images on a Interlogix Simon XTi-5
On the Interlogix Simon XTi-5, images can be viewed at the panel even if it has not been uploaded to the Alarm.com account. Specific images can be manually requested to view at the panel. The panel displays the most recent 10 images it receives.

To view Image Sensor images using the Interlogix Simon XTi-5:
On the Interlogix Simon XTi-5 with module version 189+, this feature is only supported for Image Sensor models 100, 200 and 221.
On the Interlogix Simon XTi-5i with module version 191+, this feature is supported for all Image Sensor models (i.e., 100, 200, 221, and 300).
- On the home screen, tap
. - In Event History, tap
. - Tap next to the specific event to view the image. The last 10 images sent to the control panel are listed.
- To view the image full screen, click the thumbnail image.
Note: While the Image Sensor captures two frames per event, only one frame may be sent and viewed at the panel. To view both frames from an event, the customer must upload and view the images from the Alarm.com customer website or Alarm.com app.
