Change the temperature format (units) on an Interlogix Simon XT

The temperature format (units) can be changed on an Interlogix Simon XT panel using the Alarm.com customer website and Alarm.com app.

To change the temperature format (units) using the Alarm.com customer website:  

  1. Log in to the Alarm.com customer website.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Account Management.
  4. Click System Information.
  5. Using the Temperature Units dropdown menu, click to select either Fahrenheit or Celsius.
  6. Click Update. 

To change the temperature format (units) using the Alarm.com app:

  1. Log in to the Alarm.com app.
  2. Tap Menu.
  3. Tap Account Management.
  4. Tap System Information.
  5. Using the Temperature Units dropdown menu, tap to select either Fahrenheit or Celsius.
  6. Tap Update.
