Unable to locally disarm an Interlogix NX
If the panel is accepting user codes updates, but the codes will not disarm the system, verify the Authority Levels of the user codes. If a user code is improperly configured, it will be unable to disarm the system.
To verify the Authority Levels of the user codes at the panel:
- Press [*][6].
- Enter the master code.
- Enter the user number of the code to be verified.
- Press [*] to scroll through the options for the code, and verify the following are enabled:
- 5 - Arm/Disarm
- 6 - Bypass zones
- 7 - Open/close reporting
- Enter all of the partitions the code should have access to.
- Press [#] to exit programming.
