Interlogix Concord - Image Sensor Hardware Compatibility

Image Sensor compatibility

For more information about Image Sensor compatibility, see Image Sensor - Hardware compatibility

Find the firmware version of an Alarm.com module

To identify whether an Alarm.com module is compatible, identify the firmware version located on the module packaging, on the module itself, or remotely on the Partner Portal or MobileTech app.

To find the firmware version on the module's package:

On the outside of the box, locate the small sticker with the barcode and serial number. The firmware version is listed to the right of the Concord panel C designator. In the below image of a Concord HSPA module box, the sticker reads C173. The firmware version is 173 and is compatible with the Image Sensor.

To find the firmware version directly on the module:

Under the serial number on the module itself, the firmware version is listed to the right of the Concord panel C designator.

Find the firmware version of an Image Sensor Daughterboard

The daughterboard firmware version can be found on a sticker on the top of the daughterboard. Compatible daughterboards sold in boxed kits through Interlogix distribution can also be identified by referencing the date code on the label on the end of the box. Boxes with date code 13176 + include 104.0 + daughterboards.

Important: Image Sensor is not supported in the initial release of the Interlogix Concord module version 187. Future functionality will be brought via an Over-The-Air (OTA) firmware update. No daughterboard will be required for Image Sensor functionality for version 187.
