Unable to activate 2G or 3G modules
In preparation for sunset dates, Alarm.com has disabled the creation of new subscriber accounts using 2G or 3G AT&T and Verizon cellular radio modules. For more information about existing 3G modules, see Will existing 3G modules work after the Alarm.com cutoff date?.
Note: Where available, it is recommended to install LTE cellular or Dual-Path modules.
