Remote Toolkit options are missing

Once communication with Alarm.com has been established, different options are available on the Remote Toolkit depending on the type of panel, its firmware version, service package, and the devices enrolled.

If the system is not communicating with Alarm.com, the only section available in the Remote Toolkit is Troubleshooting.   

If options expected to be in the Remote Toolkit are missing:

  1. Verify communication is established with Alarm.com by sending a communication test from the panel. For information about sending a communication test, see the specific panel's guide in Panels.
  2. If the option is still missing, it may not be available for use on that customer account.
