Does Alarm.com support multiple master codes?

Alarm.com does not support more than one master code. Some panels have the ability to flag additional users as master users. This can cause codes to be accidentally flagged as master users and unable to be edited or removed from Alarm.com.

Accounts that have encountered this must restore user pins from the panel to clear the extra master code flag. This will allow for the users to be edited or removed from Alarm.com. For more information on how to do this, see Restore user codes using panel codes.
