How does the auto stay feature work with a DSC iotega?

The auto stay feature is a way for panels to prevent false alarms. If a customer is inside and they arm their system away without tripping an entry/exit zone during the exit delay (i.e., they do not leave), the panel reverts to arm stay since the location is unvacated.

This feature requires Stay/Away zones (i.e., sensor groups 05, 06) to arm stay.

Note: This feature is hardcoded into the panel and cannot be changed.

For additional questions, contact DSC or refer to the DSC iotega - Installation Guide.
