DSC PowerSeries Pro displays Ethernet Trouble - Alt Communications
An Ethernet Trouble - Alt Communications trouble indicates that the Ethernet connection to the Dual-Path module is not functioning correctly.
To resolve:
- Verify the Ethernet connection on the Dual-Path module.
- If the Dual-Path module is not using the Internet, change the communications from Dual-Path to Cellular on Alarm.com and the trouble condition should clear. For more information about disabling Dual-Path communication, see Configure Dual-Path communication for a panel remotely.
