What are the dialer delay settings for the DSC PowerSeries Neo?
Dialer delay settings
For UL/ULC listed installations or CP-01, the entry delay and dialer delay time together cannot exceed 45 seconds.
- Default dialer delay is 30 seconds
- Minimum is 0 seconds
- Maximum is 255 seconds
Panic alarm forwarding
Note: These are panel programming-specific and cannot be changed.
On the DSC PowerSeries Neo, the following alarms send immediately with no dialer delay:
- Duress code
- Silent panic
- Fire
- Medical
- Police panic
- Keyfob emergency
If the Holdup Verification Timer is turned on, there may be a delay before sending panic alarms. This is not the same as a dialer delay but it does appear similarly in the Event History as awaiting Panel's programmed delay. The following is an excerpt from the DSC PowerSeries Neo manual:
