PGMs - Maximum Slots and Output Groups by Panel Type

Different panels support different maximum numbers of PGM Slots and Output Groups.

Maximum PGM Slots is determined by how many can be made available on the bus and expanders.
Maximum PGM Output Groups is determined by the maximum number of partitions available. All panels allow up to four Output Groups per partition.
