How do power failures report on a DSC PowerSeries Neo?

Panel power failures

By default, the DSC PowerSeries Neo power must be out for at least 10 minutes before a panel power failure is reported to Alarm.com. When the panel is in UL mode, a power failure reports immediately to Alarm.com, and power losses on peripheral devices can be forwarded. 

Peripheral devices power failures 

For DSC PowerSeries Neo, Alarm.com does not forward power losses on any peripheral devices (e.g., siren, bell, etc.) unless the panel is in UL mode. The panel shows the peripheral device's power loss, but Alarm.com does not see them at all unless it is in UL mode.

An exception to this is if the cellular module is on firmware version 187+, then siren troubles will always forward to the monitoring station.
