DSC PowerSeries Neo is only arming away
If the DSC PowerSeries Neo is only arming away, verify whether or not there is a stay/away zone enrolled in the customer's system. The DSC PowerSeries Neo must have a stay/away zone enrolled on the system to be able to arm stay.

Stay/away zones are not enrolled
If there is not a stay/away zone enrolled in the panel, the system can only arm away.
The following DSC PowerSeries Neo sensor groups allow a system to arm stay:
- 05
- 06
- 09
These are all motion groups. If there is not a stay/away zone on the account, then the motion sensors are always active during any arming state so the system is always armed away.
Stay/away zones are enrolled
If the system does have a stay/away zone, the customer is able to arm stay.
