Why are there multiple Panel Programmed messages in the Event History on a DSC Impassa?

The DSC Impassa panel announces interactions between the module and the panel much more frequently than other panels do. This can happen when the module is just checking in with the panel, which can occur at any time.  

If notifications are set for panel programmed events for this panel, the end-user will receive a lot of notifications for normal panel activity. Therefore, it is generally recommended not to enable panel programmed notifications for DSC Impassa customer accounts.
