View/delete messages on a 2GIG GoControl

To view/delete messages on a 2GIG GoControl: 

Once the Enterprise Notice message is sent to the panel, an email envelope icon appears on the 2GIG GoControl screen. 

  • To view the message, the user taps on the email envelope to go to the Messages screen and then selects the message to read it. 
    • Certain messages (i.e., billing messages) require the user to enter their master code to view it. 
  • To delete the message, the user taps the delete option on the opened message.
