2GIG GoControl missing Z-Wave equipment list after power loss

In rare cases, 2GIG GoControl (GC2) panels may lose their Z-Wave equipment list following an AC power loss. This can occur before the panel reports an AC power failure. Other 2GIG panel models (e.g., GC2e, GC3, etc.) are not affected.

How to resolve:

  1. Place the panel into Z-Wave delete mode.
  2. Trigger a device to delete it. This clears network information held by the device so that it can be enrolled to a network again. Repeat this step for each device that was on the network.
  3. Place the panel into Z-Wave add mode.
  4. Trigger a device to enroll it. When the device has been detected, you may trigger the next for enrollment. For larger networks it may be helpful to enroll repeating devices closest to the panel first
