Find the firmware version of a 2GIG EDGE

The firmware version of a 2GIG EDGE can be found locally using the panel.  

To find the panel firmware version using a 2GIG EDGE: 

  1. On the home screen, tap the panel logo on the top right of the screen for Panel Information. 
  2. Tap System Info. The firmware version displays.
