The Yale Real Living Touchscreen Deadbolt (YRD220/YRD226) requires four AA Alkaline batteries.

To replace the batteries in a Yale Real Living Touchscreen Deadbolt (YRD220/YRD226):

  1. Remove the battery cover.

  2. Insert four new AA batteries.

  3. Reinstall the battery cover.

    Install battery cover.png
