Wake the HAVEN Connect from sleep mode

HAVEN Connect locks may be shipped in sleep mode to preserve battery life. When the lock is in sleep mode, the LED will not flash when the lock is locked or unlocked or the pairing button is pressed.

To wake a HAVEN Connect from sleep mode:

Lift the flap on the LED side of the lock.
Press the recessed reset button through the pinhole using a paperclip or similar object.
The LED will flash and the lock will beep to indicate success.
