Are user codes deleted from the lock after an account is terminated?

No. Once an account is terminated, commands will no longer be sent to the lock, including the removal of user codes. Any user codes programmed in the lock at the time of account termination can continue to be used to operate the lock until manually removed. 

Note: A factory reset of the lock can be used to clear all programmed user codes. For more information about how to factory reset a lock, see the relevant lock's installation guide in Locks.
