Enroll, delete, or reset a Jasco Z-Wave In-Wall Smart Dimmer (14321)

The Jasco Z-Wave In-Wall Smart Dimmer (14321) can be enrolled into or deleted from a Z-Wave network following the instructions below.

To enroll a Jasco Z-Wave In-Wall Smart Dimmer into a Z-Wave network:

  1. Place the Z-Wave controller into Add Mode.
  2. Press and release either the top or bottom of the switch paddle.
  3. Verify that the device shows up on Alarm.com customer website or Alarm.com app and responds to commands to turn the device on/off. 

To delete a Jasco Z-Wave In-Wall Smart Dimmer from a Z-Wave network:

  1. Place the Z-Wave controller into Delete Mode.
  2. Press and release either the top or bottom of the switch paddle.

To reset a Jasco Z-Wave In-Wall Smart Dimmer:

  1. Quickly press the top of the switch paddle three times, then immediately press the bottom of the switch paddle three times.
  2. The LED will flash five times to indicate a successful reset.

Troubleshooting

The Z-Wave device is not enrolling

If the Z-Wave device is unable to be enrolled following the instructions above, see Z-Wave device is not enrolling.

The Z-Wave device is not functioning consistently
