Enroll, delete, or reset a Jasco In-Wall Tamper Resistant Smart Outlet (14315/ZW1002)
The Jasco In-Wall Tamper Resistant Smart Outlet (14315/ZW1002) can be enrolled into or deleted from a Z-Wave network following the instructions below.

To enroll a Jasco In-Wall Tamper Resistant Smart Outlet into a Z-Wave network:
- Place the Z-Wave controller into Add Mode.
- Press and release the program button.
- Verify that the device shows up on the Alarm.com customer website or Alarm.com app and responds to commands to turn the Jasco In-Wall Tamper Resistant Smart Outlet on/off.
To delete a Jasco In-Wall Tamper Resistant Smart Outlet from a Z-Wave network:
- Place the Z-Wave controller into Delete Mode.
- Press and release the program button.
To reset a Jasco In-Wall Tamper Resistant Smart Outlet:
- Press the program button three times.
- Press and hold the button again for at least 3 seconds.
- The LED will blink three times to confirm the device was reset.
