Enroll, delete, or reset a Jasco In-Wall Tamper Resistant Smart Outlet (14315/ZW1002)

The Jasco In-Wall Tamper Resistant Smart Outlet (14315/ZW1002) can be enrolled into or deleted from a Z-Wave network following the instructions below.

To enroll a Jasco In-Wall Tamper Resistant Smart Outlet into a Z-Wave network:

  1. Place the Z-Wave controller into Add Mode.
  2. Press and release the program button.
  3. Verify that the device shows up on the Alarm.com customer website or Alarm.com app and responds to commands to turn the Jasco In-Wall Tamper Resistant Smart Outlet on/off.

To delete a Jasco In-Wall Tamper Resistant Smart Outlet from a Z-Wave network:

  1. Place the Z-Wave controller into Delete Mode.
  2. Press and release the program button.

To reset a Jasco In-Wall Tamper Resistant Smart Outlet:

  1. Press the program button three times.
  2. Press and hold the button again for at least 3 seconds.
  3. The LED will blink three times to confirm the device was reset.
