Enroll, delete, or reset a Hank Smart Plug (HKZW-SO03)
The Hank Smart Plug (HKZW-SO03) can be enrolled into or deleted from a Z-Wave network following the instructions below.

To enroll a Hank Smart Plug into a Z-Wave network:
- Place the Z-Wave controller into Add Mode.
- Apply power to the device.
- Push the Z-Button (below the USB ports) three times rapidly.
- Verify that the device shows up on Alarm.com customer website or Alarm.com app and responds to commands to turn the device on/off.
To delete a Hank Smart Plug from a Z-Wave network:
- Place the Z-Wave controller into Delete Mode.
- Apply power to the device.
- Push the Z-Button (below the USB ports) three times rapidly.
- RGB LED lights will blink orange, and then go to solid orange when the device has been successfully deleted.
To reset a Hank Smart Plug:
- Apply power to the device.
- Press and hold the Z-Button for more than 20 seconds.
- The RGB LED lights will go to solid yellow for 2 seconds to indicate a successful reset.
