Enroll, delete, or reset a GoControl Z-Wave Wall Dimmer Switch (WD500Z5-1)
The GoControl Z-Wave Wall Dimmer Switch (WD500Z5-1) can be enrolled into or deleted from a Z-Wave network following the instructions below.

To enroll a GoControl Z-Wave Wall Dimmer Switch into a Z-Wave network:
- Place the Z-Wave controller into Add Mode.
- Press the switch. The LED will blink slowly when the device is in Add Mode.
- The LED will stop blinking when the device has been successfully enrolled.
- Verify that the device shows up on Alarm.com customer website or Alarm.com app and responds to commands to turn the device on/off.
To delete a GoControl Z-Wave Wall Dimmer Switch from a Z-Wave network:
- Place the Z-Wave controller into Delete Mode.
- Press the switch two times.
- The LED will blink slowly for 10 seconds when the device has been successfully deleted.
To reset a GoControl Z-Wave Wall Dimmer Switch:
- Press the top of the switch five times.
- Press and hold the bottom of the switch for 15 seconds.
- The LED will blink faster as the device is successfully reset.
