GoControl Z-Wave In-Wall Switch (WS15Z5-1)

Resistive – 15 amps (1800 watts) maximum, 120 VAC; Motor – 1/2 H.P. maximum, 120 VAC; Incandescent – 600W maximum, 120 VAC

1. Place the Z-Wave controller into Add Mode. 
2. Tap the switch. The LED will blink slowly when in Add Mode.
3. The LED will stop blinking when the switch is enrolled.
4. The device will appear in the list of Switches. It should display as a switch.
