Enroll, delete, or reset a GoControl Plug-in Lamp Module (PD300EMZ5-1 or Linear PD300Z-2)

The GoControl Plug-in Lamp Module (PD300EMZ5-1 or Linear PD300Z-2) can be enrolled into or deleted from a Z-Wave network following the instructions below.

To enroll a GoControl Plug-in Lamp Module into a Z-Wave network:

  1. Place the Z-Wave controller into Add Mode.
  2. Install the device in its permanent location.
  3. Press the program button once.
  4. Verify that the device shows up on Alarm.com customer website or Alarm.com app and responds to commands to turn the device on/off.

To delete a GoControl Plug-in Lamp Module from a Z-Wave network:

  1. Place the Z-Wave controller into Delete Mode.
  2. Apply power to the device.
  3. Press the program button twice.

To reset a GoControl Plug-in Lamp Module from a Z-Wave network:

In the event that your primary Controller is lost or otherwise inoperable, the lamp module can be reset to clear all network information by following these steps. 

  1. Tap the button on the face of the outlet five times.
  2. Press and hold the button for 15 seconds. The LED will increasingly blink faster to indicate that a Reset is taking place.
