Enroll or delete an Evolve Z-Wave Duplex Wall Outlet (LOM-15)

The Evolve Z-Wave Duplex Wall Outlet (LOM-15) can be enrolled into or deleted from a Z-Wave network following the instructions below.

To enroll an Evolve Z-Wave Duplex Wall Outlet (LOM-15) into a Z-Wave network:

  1. Place the Z-Wave controller into Add Mode.
  2. Press and release the program button located between the plug-ins of the outlet.
  3. Verify that the device shows up on the Alarm.com customer website or Alarm.com app and responds to commands to turn the Evolve Z-Wave Duplex Wall Outlet on/off.

To delete an Evolve Z-Wave Duplex Wall Outlet (LOM-15) from a Z-Wave network:

  1. Place the Z-Wave controller into Delete Mode.
  2. Press and release the program button located between the plug-ins of the outlet.
  3. The controller should indicate that the device was removed successfully.

Troubleshooting

The Z-Wave device is not enrolling
