View the Images Event Gallery and Past Events

The Images event gallery functions similarly to the regular system event history. Rather than being limited to the 40 or 100 uploads that show on the customer's service plan, it is possible to go back and view 60 full days of images from devices (i.e., Image Sensor). Even if it is a new month, and zero images have been captured or uploaded, it is still possible to search 60 days back.

To view images using the Alarm.com customer website:

  1. Log in to the Alarm.com customer website.
  2. In the Images card, click icn-chevron-right.svg.
  3. Click Event Gallery.
    • The Event Gallery can be adjusted by date, Event Description, specific Image Sensor devices, and reasons.
    • Click Go to run a filtered search,
  4. Click Past Events.
    • Click Check For New Images to update the Past Events list.
    • Past Events can be sorted by device, date, and Image Events.
    • Click Go to run a filtered search.

To view images using the Alarm.com app:

  1. Log in to the Alarm.com app. 
  2. Tap Images.
  3. Tap Gallery to view the event gallery. 
  4. Tap Upload to view the past events.
    • To view an uploaded image, tap  Upload.
    • To upload a captured image, tap  Upload.
