Remove a customer from the Thermostat Rewards program

Customers can be removed from the Thermostat Rewards program using the steps below.

Log in to the Alarm.com customer website.
In the Thermostats card, click .
Click Thermostat Rewards.
Click Settings and Notifications.
Click the toggle switches to disable Thermostat Rewards Sign up and Notify for Thermostat Rewards Activity.
Click to close out of the window.
