The ADC-SG130 is not broadcasting a Wi-Fi network

The Smart Gateway may stop broadcasting a Wi-Fi network if it is factory reset while enrolled on an account.

After a factory reset, the Wi-Fi password may appear to be double typical the length of the usual Smart Gateway Wi-Fi password. The password should return to normal length once the device has been re-enrolled.

To resolve:

  1. Verify the Smart Gateway is enrolled on the account.
  2. Delete and re-enroll the Smart Gateway. For more information about how to enroll the SmartGateway, see Smart Gateway (ADC-SG130) - Installation Guide.
