X1100 Door Controller (ADC-AC-X1100) is showing tamper
If the X1100 Door Controller (ADC-AC-X1100) is showing tamper:
- Verify the enclosure cabinet is closed.
- Ensure the tamper input terminals (TMP+ and TMP-) are connected to the tamper switch on the enclosure.
- Ensure the input type programming selection is correctly configured according to the tamper switch's output type (Normally Closed or Normally Open).
Note: If the tamper remains, manually press the switch to see if tamper clears. If it does, loosen the screw to allow the switch to be pressed in further.
