Will Access Control users and Access Plans be removed if a door controller is deleted from an account?

No. Access Control users and Access Plans will remain on an account even if the door controllers are deleted. Users will retain all user information and credentials. Access Plans will remain, but all the doors associated with the deleted controller will be removed.

Once a new controller is added and the doors are programmed, the doors must be added back into the appropriate Access Plans.
