User Profile Photos for Access Plan User Management
User Profile Photos allow Partner's profiles to include a profile image.
Requirements
- A Commercial account with the Access Plan User Management (APUM) add on
Configure User Profile Photos
User Profile Photos can be added to a new user during creation of a login or to an existing user with no profile picture, removed, or viewed as an enlarged version using the Alarm.com customer website.
To add a User Profile Photo to a new user during creation:
- Log in to the Alarm.com customer website.
- Click User Access.
- Click + User.
- Click Add Photo.
- Select the desired photo, then click Save.
- Add the rest of the new login information, then click Create.
To add a User Profile Photo to an existing user with no profile photo:
- Log in to the Alarm.com customer website.
- Click User Access.
- Click
next to the desired user, then click 
. - Click Add Photo.
- Select the desired photo, then click Save.
To remove a User Profile Photo from an existing user with a profile photo:
- Log in to the Alarm.com customer website.
- Click User Access.
- Click next to the desired user, then click .
- Click Remove Photo.
- Click Remove.
To view an enlarged version of a user's User Profile Photo for visual verification:
- Log in to the Alarm.com customer website.
- Click Activity.
- Click the desired user's profile image from the list of activity.
- Click View Profile to view the user's profile.
