Why does the Event History Show "Controller Reboot Due to Low Voltage"?
This message appears if the Door Controller (ADC-ACC1-17) rebooted due to insufficient voltage or due to a local power cycle.

To resolve:
Regardless of the power source used, verify the devices connected to the door controller for power do not exceed a total of 650mA @12VDC or exceed a total of 650mA when a relay is fired.
If using a 12V power source:
- If using a third-party power supply, verify that it is providing 12V of constant power.
- If using the Alarm.com PSE kit (ADC-ACC1-17-PSE), verify that the FPV4 has not been changed to 12V. For more information, see:

Verify you are using a PoE Power Input of 12.95 W, compliant to IEEE 802.3af.
