Unable to add an additional Access Control door

The option to add an additional door can be missing from the Access Control equipment page for various reasons: 

  • The number of doors supported by the service package on the account has been reached. For more information about Access Control service packages, see Which service package is required for Access Control?.
  • The number of doors supported by the controller or expansion in use has been reached. For more information about controller specifications, see the data sheets in Mercury Series Hardware.
