How many different Access Control card formats can be on a single account?
The number of card formats that can be added to a single account depends on the hardware series. For more information on how to add additional card formats, see Add an Access Control card format.
Note: Individual Access Control accounts that use both Mercury and HID Aero series hardware will be limited to 8 different card formats and/or facility codes.
Mercury series
Each account that uses Mercury series controllers exclusively is limited to 16 different card formats and/or facility codes.
HID Aero series
Each account that uses HID Aero series controllers exclusively is limited to 8 different card formats and/or facility codes.
