Can the Account Recycle feature be used on an Access Control account?

If the Access Control system is attached to a security system account, you will have the option to use the Account Recycle feature. Once the process has been completed, you can add the Access Control hardware to the new account along with creating your new access plans.

Important: It is required to delete any doors and controllers before using the Account Recycle feature.

If the customer account is a Standalone Access Control system, you will not have the option to use Account Recycle feature. You will be required to terminate the account and create a new account.
